About us: It’s In Our Genes.
First of all we are now the “Proud Partner of TCU Athletics”. The fact we changed our name from Flagship to University Car Wash highlights our unwavering support and our desire to provide services to our faculty and students.
This location under different names has been washing and detailing cars for 25 years. It’s in our genes. We are intent on bringing this place back to its former glory and be Fort Worth’s premier full service car wash. The industry has swung far and hard away from labor and as a result they have given up on service. Witness the 3 dollar model; try to even find a bathroom there. We still feel that in some irreplaceable way this business is about using our hands — and that we love. We are not going to do what our competition does and try to do it better; we’re going to do what our competition doesn’t do. We’re mindful of value but we’re going to compete on service and design and on the customer experience. Welcome to your new University Car Wash.
Share your thoughts with us. Take a moment and tell us how we’re doing. Your feedback really matters. It’s how we know we’re making your experience at university car wash the best it can be. Please tell us what we’re doing well and especially tell us what we’re doing poorly. Don’t worry — we’ll take it personally :)
We love using our hands. Here’s the boss, Cesar hand washing a Jeep.
Jon excited that Exxon Mobil picked us to be the first Mobil 1 Lube Express in Fort Worth.
Meet Emeralda our front end supervisor. This is classic Esme: beaming energetic smile and her two thumbs up.
Our newly renovated tunnel with Simonize hot wax. we love our tunnel. Even the fact that our ceilings are white mean nothing to you but to us they give us a sense of understated pride.
We bet your car wash has zero idea what’s under your hood. Not us. We love engines and we don’t care that no one can see them. They have to be clean.
This car looks slick and sexy in black and white. Oh ya would your car wash put a Bentley through its tunnel? We didn’t bat an eye.
High quality stationary: We have seven lines of cards that have been curated and picked out by Daniel Richards.
Meet some of our extra special employees. Here are our Paschal seniors and they are showing love for TCU. We’re proud of them because they work hard and pay taxes and 4 have gotten into college.
